MANAGEMENT COMMENT

De onderneming was in 1996 betrokken bij het geruchtmakende faillissement
van Bibobouw BV te Genemuiden. De vordering van Agglo-Bouw Voorbeeld BV op
dit bedrijf bedroeg ruim 1,4 mln. Hoewel dit faillissement nog steeds niet
volledig is afgewikkeld, is de vordering op Bibobouw wel al volledig
afgeschreven, hetgeen ten laste van de resultatenrekening van 1996 is
gebracht. Een eventuele uitkering zal daarom als buitengewone bate worden
geboekt.
De onderneming schrijft de resultaatverbeteringen over boekjaar 2000 toe
aan de oplevering van enkele grote projecten. Verder konden door eerder
getroffen reorganisatiemaatregelen de kosten relatief worden teruggebracht
en de marges worden verbeterd.
